Apprentices hold a crucial role in SME’s, such as Swimtime, allowing business to look forwards and build for the future and pass on important skills to the next generation as they start their business careers.

One such apprentice, our apprentice Matt Wassall, joined us in July 2018 and since then has been working with our project manager Ryan Brown on all manner of projects including training on how to assist with technical support on our revolutionary SwimCloud system.

Matt has done exceptionally well in honing his new-found skills and has already turned himself into an asset for Swimtime; through his solid work ethic, attention to detail and passion for the company. This became all the clearer when Matt’s assessor visited the office, sharing with us that Matt has made exceptional progress, more than any other of her student apprentices. She was also kind enough to note that Swimtime had set up an environment and structure which is brilliant for apprentices to learn and develop in several areas in of business.

I’m sure you’ll join us in saying ‘Well Done!’ to Matt for all his hard work so far, and long may his success continue as he makes his way to complete a level 3 NVQ in IT, Administration and Marketing towards the end of 2019.
