Join us in welcoming Terri and Andrew to the Swimtime Family and our new Franchisees for Surrey.
Terri, with over 10 years industry experience and 6 years of teaching swimming under her belt is completely in love with teaching people how to swim! After a taster session over 6 years ago, she signed up for the swimming teacher course straight away and got to work with the goal of one day running her own swim school. Her passion and enthusiasm for teaching and nurturing her swimmers is evident when she talks about her lessons.
As for Andrew, his years of experience in operations of leisure centres makes him the perfect partner alongside Terri. Having successfully run leisure centres he’ll be there to make sure everything runs like clockwork. Andrew has a mind for strategy and consistency ensuring that customers will get consistent service of the highest quality.
It was Terri who originally found out about Swimtime, after teaching for us independently. Terri expressed her vision of running her own swim school, at which point an opportunity to own a Swimtime Franchise presented itself. She loved the support and friendly atmosphere around Swimtime so took up the opportunity, with Andrew. Bringing Andrew on board was the logical option with Terri’s passion for swimming and being in the water alongside Andrew’s flair for organisation, systems and planning.
They both expressed a clear vision, they want their swim school to be different from places they’ve worked in the past. They wish to create an environment which is fun and safe whilst offering a personal touch and caring for every one of their students.
