On the 9th July, Swimtime was crowned Team of the Year at the UK Business Awards.
The award was based upon a written submission and online presentation to a panel of judges. Swimtime were delighted with the win, having faced stiff competition from The AA, IRIS Software Group and Work.Life.
Theo Millward, Managing Director of Swimtime said:
"I am over the moon that the hard work and dedication of the incredible Swimtime team has been recognised. The last few months have been a real challenge, so it is a privilege to see our achievements be recognised in this way."
It was not just Swimtime as a company that triumphed at the awards. Both Rachel Brooks and Ryan Brown were awarded Hero Awards. These were unique awards for this event that recognised team members that had gone above and beyond during the COVID-19 crisis.
Theo said: "It was wonderful moment watching Rachel and Ryan learn they had both been recognised in this way. It is because of their commitment and dedication we are emerging from this crisis in a strong position, I know it has not been an easy time."
Swimtime lessons are set to resume across the UK over the coming weeks.
