Swimtime Cumbria is a dynamic partnership run by Paul Lagar & Ian Berry. Paul has a wealth of experience within the health & fitness industry having managed several clubs for large national companies. Ian is a former competitive swimmer who has also been running his own Swim Schools for many years. So between them they will certainly be able to manage your requirements.

Swimtime Cumbria is all about providing quality lessons coupled with the most important elements of FUN & ENJOYMENT. Lessons are taught in a relaxed and safe environment by fully qualified, passionate teachers.

We believe at Swimtime Cumbria that everyone, no matter what age and ability should be able to learn to swim and enjoy the many advantages that swimming can offer from keeping fit to having fun in the water.  Being able to swim is a life skill we should all acquire.

Our new syllabus includes Group and 1-1 Lessons for Children & Adults as well as the new Enjoy Swimming classes catering for Antenatal, Newborn and Infant Aquatics.

Swimtime currently employs over 300 teachers nationwide. These teachers are largely responsible for the group lessons during school term time as well as the mid term crash courses which are extremely popular. 
Each teacher is also available for 1:1 lessons. These are particularly helpful for swimmers who are a bit nervous or for those who can not get to the lessons at the arranged times. 

We are always looking for STA/ASA level 2 swimming teachers for our expanding network of venues, so if you love teaching, we would love to hear from you.
